Designing
We develop samples based on the customer’s necessities within the stipulated time. We get updated every time with the Market information, development of resources & products and will locate the latest sources to meet the requirements of the customer with regard to fashion and design.
Merchendising
We are very happy in letting you know about our very strong merchandise team. We have a separate merchandising team who can handle all kind of orders with effective communication both with buyer and vendor respectively. We can assure that you will get on time update and transparent information’s all time which we feel is our key to success.
We do monitor the order from fabric procurement stage to final shipment and reporting the status of the order to the client with systematic follow up on each stage and execution of orders on time delivery. We also provide regular production updates and sample status to the buyer. .
Quality Control
We have a separate quality control team who will look after the quality right from the sample till bulk shipments. They do monitor the day to day activities of all kind of supplier’s like dyeing, printing, production units etc… and will report to the merchandise team who will in turn update the activities to the buyers.
They do give suggestion during sampling stage about the fabrics, dyeing and printing process about their positive, negative points in production and about hazards involved to the buyers by which the process can be eased in the initial stages.
Logistics
We extend complete support to logistics and commercial teams. This support that is available from packing to point of delivery is enhanced by strategic planning and advanced information systems. Document preparation, advance notification of schedules and crisis management are areas where we provide extensive support .
